ABOUT Q4PROFORMANCE
Q4 PROFORMANCE is a program deployed into student athlete programs across schools in the North America that trains team coaches how to integrate growth mindset and tools into their coaching with teenage boys.
Q4 then tracks performance and supports the coach as they work closely with the teenage boys in their program.
The program has seen tremendous results from working with school coaches - teenagers reporting significant increases in confidence, discipline, results and a strong focus on helping others.
